EXPERIENCE
Ms. Hull is the Midwest Managing Attorney at Markery Law. Clients rely on Ms. Hull to drive global trademark protection strategies in areas including brand registration and enforcement. Ms. Hull manages global trademark portfolios for industry-leading companies and advises clients in a wide range of industries from manufacturing and biotech to educational and entertainment. Her practice also spans protection of non-traditional marks as well as helping companies navigate branding issues in social media. At every turn, Ms. HuII works to minimize risk for her clients.
Ms. Hull’s results include successfully defending an appeal before the Federal Circuit and obtaining precedential rulings from the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Ms. Hull has also guided a global manufacturing leader through acquisitions and filings that doubled the size of its trademark portfolio. Before joining Markery Law, Ms. HuII served as head of an As Law 200 law firm’s trademark practice where she oversaw the practice’s business strategy, training, recruitment, and performance.

- Ms. Hull developed curriculum and teaches a course on trademarks and unfair competition law at Marquette University Law School.
- Ms. Hull volunteers at Marquette University Law School’s legal clinic (MVLC) and Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Eviction Defense Project.

Ms. Hull enjoys running, biking, and skiing to stay active. She also loves reading and taking walks along Lake Michigan. As a Kansas Jayhawk, and lifelong basketball lover, Ms. Hull will not turn down a challenge to a game of HORSE. You can also find her cheering at cross country meets or attending live theatre with her twin children.
