Senior Trademark Paralegal
Experienced trademark paralegal with 3+ years of law firm experience including the ability to assist in all phases of domestic and foreign trademark prosecution (including experience in preparing documents for filing at the USPTO), support multiple attorneys and manage a full docket. Candidates must have attention to detail, be able to work independently and collaboratively with staff and attorneys virtually and articulate clearly and effectively in verbal and written communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred and WebTMS is a plus. Candidate must have either college degree or a paralegal certificate. Junior Trademark Attorney
Junior level attorney with 2-5 years of trademark experience including trademark prosecution, management of a trademark docket, and trademark searches and clearances. Experience with TTAB proceedings and as a (former) USPTO Examining Attorneys are a plus. Mid-senior level attorney with at least 5+ years of experience including trademark prosecution, conducting domestic and international trademark clearance, and TTAB proceedings. Some experience with Federal District litigation and portable business is beneficial, but not required.
