Maja Dragnic

EXPERIENCE

Maja is a senior operations and program management leader with 20+ years of experience driving operational excellence across startups, global consultancies, and professional services. Prior to joining Markery Law, Maja served in senior operations leadership roles spanning boutique advisory, financial services, and executive coaching industries, including as Chief Operating Officer, PMO Director, and Chief of Staff. She has a proven track record designing and operating PMOs, HR lifecycle programs, and cross-functional processes; she is adept at leading remote, global teams and delivering executive-level reporting. Maja partners with founders to free them to scale the business, driving efficiency, client experience, and revenue growth.

Earlier in her career, Maja led strategy and business development for a USAID-funded economic development initiative in Bosnia, and previously held consulting roles at Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte, where she developed project management methodologies and monitoring frameworks focused on performance, quality, and organizational transparency.

Interests

Maja is a mom to a fearless daughter and a spirited tuxedo cat. She has many eclectic interests, from art and animals to travel and creative pursuits. She enjoys visiting museums and galleries whenever she can, and in her free time, she loves painting, reading, and exploring new creative projects. Above all, she cherishes time spent with family and friends, whether at home or discovering new places together.
